Join local South Frontenac instructor Amanda Butterill at 9am, just before the festival begins, for a relaxing and energizing 45-minute session focused on movement, mobility, core strength, and mindfulness. This all-levels class combines Yoga poses and Pilates exercises, finishing with a peaceful savasana.
