There is no cost to join the program, as it is sponsored in partnership by the Navy League of Canada and the Department of National Defence.

With over a decade in the Navy League program, Mike has climbed the ranks to Lieutenant (N), even earning the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Medal in 2023.
