As the weather gets warmer, we are in need of summer clothing and essentials for the youth and individuals we support.

👕 Men’s Summer Items Needed:

* T-shirts
* Shorts
* Light sweaters/hoodies
* Socks
* Underwear (new only)
* Running shoes and sandals
* Baseball caps
* Sunglasses
* Reusable water bottles

👚 Women’s Summer Items Needed:

* T-shirts and tank tops
* Shorts
* Dresses
* Light sweaters/cardigans
* Socks
* Bras and underwear (new only)
* Running shoes and sandals
* Sunglasses
* Reusable water bottles

🧴 Additional Summer Essentials:

* Sunscreen
* Travel-size shampoo and conditioner
* Body wash
* Deodorant
* Feminine hygiene products
* Backpacks

📍 Donations can be dropped off 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24/7) at Sutton Youth Services.

Every donation helps provide comfort, dignity, and support to individuals experiencing homelessness and housing instability in our community.

☀️ Summer Men’s Clothing Donations Needed ☀️

As the weather gets warmer, we are in urgent need of men’s summer clothing or all sizes for the youth and individuals we support at Sutton Youth Services.

We are currently looking for:
👕 T-shirts
🩳 Shorts
👖 Lightweight pants
👟 Running shoes and sandals
🧢 Hats
🧦 New socks
🩲 New underwear
🕶️ Sunglasses
🎒 Backpacks
🧴 Travel-size hygiene products

Many of the individuals accessing our services arrive with very few belongings and rely on community support to help them feel comfortable, confident, and prepared for the summer months.

Donations can be dropped off at Sutton Youth Services during regular business hours.

At Sutton Youth Services, we work every day to provide support, shelter, hope, and connection for youth in our community experiencing homelessness and crisis. Every conversation, meal, donation, and act of kindness helps remind our youth that they matter and that they are not alone. ❤️

Sutton Youth Services is currently experiencing a significant shortage of hair care products designed for Black hair, and we are reaching out to our community for support.

Many of the youth and families we serve rely on us for essential personal care items. Access to culturally appropriate hair care products is an important part of dignity, self-care, identity, and overall well-being.

We are gratefully accepting donations of:

✨ Shampoo and conditioner for textured hair
✨ Leave-in conditioners
✨ Hair oils and moisturizers
✨ Curl creams and styling products
✨ Edge control
✨ Hair brushes and combs suitable for textured hair
✨ Satin bonnets and durags
✨ Hair ties and accessories
✨ Protective styling supplies

Sutton Youth Services is currently in need of the following personal care items to help support the youth and young adults we serve:

✨ Most Needed Items:

* Travel-size shampoo
* Travel-size conditioner
* Toothpaste
* Deodorant
* Socks (new)

Travel-size toiletries are especially appreciated, as they are easy for youth to carry and store.

💙 Men’s Mental Health Month 💙

This June, we recognize Men’s Mental Health Month and the importance of breaking the stigma surrounding mental health.

Too often, men are told to “be strong,” “tough it out,” or keep their struggles to themselves. The reality is that strength is not staying silent; strength is reaching out, asking for help, and taking care of your well-being.

Mental health challenges can affect anyone, regardless of age, background, or circumstance. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you do not have to face it alone.

At Sutton Youth Services, we encourage open conversations, connection, and support. Checking in with a friend, family member, coworker, or neighbour can make a bigger difference than you realize.

💙 It’s okay to not be okay.
💙 It’s okay to ask for help.
