After loving this sweet little sewing barn for such a short period it saddens me to let it go but greater and better things are coming! ☺️ I've bought myself an entire house! And my barn just won't fit into the move 😟
Freshly cleaned this 12'x 20' amazingly built mini barn comes finished inside with brand new flooring, insulated walls and ceiling with v***r barrier underneath. Freshly painted with a pop of colour coming in the door, recessed pot lighting inside and on porch as bright as you can buy with a dimmer, center remote control and switch powered ceiling fan is surprisingly strong and makes the space super comfortable both summer and winter! Also can come with the used A/C unit pictured that fits any of the windows! The barn also has numerous plugs both set at standard lower wall height and above both work stations. Two plugs on either side of the interior are on a stronger wire to support bigger wattage machines ei. press irons. The building has its own breaker panel with approximately 100' of exterior ground wire and main breaker to hook up to your main panel. Big end barn doors are still functional with insulation that also doubles as a great design wall if a sewer were to buy this for a sewing space. Thread racks pictured are included, IKEA workstation furniture is optional at this point but fits so well in the space!
