The Surrey Animal Resource Centre is the animal control facility for the City of Surrey which is the 2nd largest city in BC and the 12th largest city in Canada with a population of over 500,000. The centre helps animals and humans in our community through licensing, reuniting animals with their owner, and adopting out those who do not have an owner. ed to folks who've thought long and hard about what kind of animal is right for their situation, and who've committed to providing: Good nutrition, Regular veterinary care, and Mental and physical stimulation appropriate to the individual animal. Surrey Animal Resource Centre (SARC) page is intended to provide a place to help reunite stray animals in our care, promote adoption, and promote the programs/events at the centre. In order to provide a space that is for engagement and citizen feedback, users on our channels must agree to the following Terms of Use. The Terms of Use is subject to change without notice.
