OUTSOURCING : This is major issue for job losses in Canada than foreign worker or international students in Canada. There are approximately more than million jobs which are outsourced from other countries by various larger corporations including major banks of Canada. Even CRA has around 200 workers which has been outsourced through an American Company with the reputation of Fraud and wrongdoing . No one is talking to bring those jobs back to Canada, why because these are larger corporations and no one want to oppose them. When the job is outsourced the hired employees don’t pay any taxes in canada and spent all their earnings out of Canada and does not create any direct or indirect jobs. Our privacy and security is compromised when financial institutions like banks outsourced the Jobs. One side we are saying Canadians are unemployed and on the other hand our own Government departments like ICBC are setting up call centres abroad. The mother of online fraud is outsourcing of jobs and breach to our privacy with those where RCMP or Government has no control. Please write to your MPs to stop funding to those corporations which are outsourcing Canadian jobs and don’t allow them to deduct expenses from CRA expense sheet if the job was outsourced .
