767 Dearman Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron 767 Dearman Squadron is located in Surrey at North Surrey Secondary School, with over 380 cadets. http://www.cadets.ca/regions/pac/Pacific_Region_Home/

The Air Cadet League is a non-profit organization that was formed during World War II when Canada needed to train young men as pilots. After the war was over, Air Cadet training evolved into a voluntary study in which cadets could gain aviation knowledge and development good citizenship. The Air Cadet program gives young people opportunities to build qualities of a young leader, focusing on social development and decision-making. As cadets acquire skills and knowledge, they pass it along to younger cadets. Every cadet will have the chance to participate in flight activities and some top senior cadets may even earn a scholarship to obtain their private pilot’s licence. Whether earning a glider pilot licence or private pilot licence, these cadets wear their wings with a pride rarely found in today’s youth.
