Sunnyside Residents
Due to heavy rain there may be noticeable discolouration with the towns water. Unfortunately the towns water infrastructure does not have the capability of removing organics within the surface run off water. It does comply with the government guidelines.
The town is waiting for Stantecs recommendation regarding these issues. The town should be notified by Stantec by early this summer as what is needed to rectify this situation.

North Atlantic would like to advise the residents of Sunnyside and vicinity of work at the site of their proposed wind energy project. Residents may notice increased activity including helicopter traffic. The work is related to the installation of temporary towers and related equipment to collect wind speed data. North Atlantic apologies for any inconvenience.
