Trillium Village Seniors Apartments Trillium Village is a retirement community providing independent living seniors apartments in the beautiful town of Strathroy, ON.

Our goals and objectives are:
* to provide a unique, Christian community of seniors where an atmosphere of mutual support, encouragement and motivation permeates all facets of life.

Today we got to celebrate 2 very special retirements!

Larry our site supervisor is retiring and we celebrated him at Spruce Grove today. He will be missed for sure. Thanks Larry for all your hard work and dedication getting us to near completion. Our last tenants are moving in and we are in the home stretch. Enjoy your retirement Larry and you can come visit anytime.

Spruce Grove saw excellent progress this week.
The Clubhouse flooring and cupboards are fully installed, the kitchen is nearly complete with countertops still to come and the patio has been poured.
What a blessing to see the end in sight.

Just a few pictures as we start our countdown to the finish.
Blocks 1 & 2 are occupied!
Block 3 got hallway carpet yesterday and all the units are being cleaned. It will be ready for tenants on May 1st.
The painters have moved on to Block 4. The floors are in and cupboards are being installed. We are so close!
The clubhouse is painted and floors are going in on Monday. We are waiting for the ceiling tile. The covered patio is all formed and ready for concrete. Today the concrete arrived for the sidewalks and the crew is hard at work.
So glad the sun is out and we can keep on working outside as well.

Lots of action on the site these days. The buildings have signs installed indicating Block and Unit numbers. So no more Block 1-4. It is now block I,J,K,L and M. Block M has tenants moved in as well as more coming this weekend.
Block L has tenants moving in soon.
Block I is a whirl of activity. The hydro meter was installed today so the lights are on! Cupboards are in and the final painting is taking place.
Block J has the flooring installed and cupboards are on the way.
The big news is the progress of the Clubhouse. It’s drywalled and being taped. It looks great! We are busy pricing and purchasing tables,chairs and looking to stock the kitchen. We can’t wait to host events there.

The sun is shining, and progress continues steadily on site.
Block 1 is now fully leased, with tenants scheduled to move in throughout this month and next. The doors are numbered and ready.
In Block 2, hall carpeting is scheduled, and unit cleaning will begin shortly. Leases for this block are being finalized this week.
Block 3 is coming along very well. Flooring and cabinetry have been installed, final coats of paint are underway, and doors are being hung. This block is on track for completion by May 1st.
Work is also progressing in Block 4, where the in-floor heating system is operational and plumbing and electrical installations are ongoing.
Meanwhile, the Clubhouse is a hub of activity. Electrical work is being completed to prepare for upcoming inspections.
Arend continues to keep the site in top shape—doing what he does best: moving dirt and maintaining progress across the property.
We look forward to welcoming our first tenants soon!

It’s a great Friday!
We have hydro in Block 1 and it’s ready for showings to our first tenants.
Soon you will see the movers and the units occupied.
The work continues in Block 2 with occupancy expected for April 1st.
