Community impact starts with access.

Through support from the Stratford and Perth County Community Foundation, organizations like the YMCA of Three Rivers can continue creating opportunities for people to participate, connect and thrive.

YMCA programs in Stratford and St. Marys include day camp, free youth programming, health and wellness supports and other services designed to help people feel a sense of belonging. Funding can help reduce financial barriers through fee assistance, support inclusive camp experiences and help keep youth programs free and accessible.

This is what community giving can make possible: stronger access to the programs and supports that help people of all ages feel connected to their community.

SPCCF is proud to support the Tipi of Huron-Perth as it begins a new chapter at the Stratford Perth Museum.

Through the generosity of our fundholders and the support of our broader community, we are able to help strengthen initiatives that create opportunities for learning, connection and meaningful community impact.

We are grateful to be part of supporting a space that will continue to bring people together for Indigenous-led learning, knowledge sharing and connection.

A couple of years ago, Andrea was facing an unsafe home situation and trying to navigate housing, school, finances and what would come next.

With support from Shelterlink Youth Services, she found stability, stayed in school, kept working, returned to sports and received practical help with transportation, housing applications and financial supports.

Today, Andrea is a 2026 graduate.

“One of the biggest things is that I’m graduating, which is something I’m really proud of because there were times I honestly didn’t know if I would make it this far.”

Support from Stratford and Perth County Community Foundation helps organizations like Shelterlink provide the day-to-day resources and trusted relationships that can make a meaningful difference for young people in our community.

Andrea’s story is a powerful example of what that support can help make possible.
