Successfully completed station park towers in Kitchener with Vanmar constructors. It was a very intricate project with a very tight timeline.

We delivered the project on time and deliveries all occupancy’s for our client. This project was over 8200 sprinkler heads. Unfortunately we encountered a pandemic during the construction of this project. Yet we still persevered even with shortages of materials, sprinkler heads, fire pumps. Our team did an excellent job pre ordering materials and pre planning to ensure we do not hold the project up.

I am proud of our team getting this projects fire protection completed even with all the obstacles in our way. This is the reason our clients trust Ultimate Fire Protection. We deliver no matter what the circumstances!

We are proud to showcase our 2 projects in Oakville. The first phase oakvillage we have successfully closed the entire building for occupancy. We have delivered the project on time and ensured our client is in good hands. The other tower is upper west side condos and we are currently working on the 12th floor and heading up the tower. Our clients can depend and trust on Ultimate Fire Protection to complete their projects on time, quality standards of installation, NFPA 13 and OBC code compliance. We design build fire protection from any size large to small. Thank you to our entire staff from our office in preparing all our closeout documentation to our fitters and apprentices for their day to day efforts.

We have most recently closed a project that was a retro fit fire protection system in the canfield estates. This project was challenging as the building was very high end wood finishes. Our team did a excellent job doing a professional and clean installation on a difficult retro fit. This building is now protected with a fire protection system. We had a leaking Osny main control valve on the fire sprinkler system. We replaced it with new gaskets to ensure the system is holding pressure. We are just about ready for occupancy at one of our largest projects on the go. Standing 28 and 18 storys tall. With 2 large underground parking. Are team has worked hard to ensure a project this size meets a very tight construction schedule. From our office staff to our fitters and apprentices on the sites. We ensure our customers are taken care of.
