The Splash Pad located in Dennis Park is now closed for the season

The items most needed this month are ketchup and any variety of can pasta.
We also need clean empty 500ml water bottles with caps. We use these to dispense laundry and dish soap.

The Splash Pad in Dennis Park will be closed September 8th for the season. The last full day of use is September 7th until 7:00pm. Thank you for a wonderful summer!

All Canines in the Town of Stewiacke need a dog license.

Dog registration is required and is an easy way to help ensure your dog is returned to you if lost.

Registration Fee: $25.00 one time for each dog.

Don’t’ forget to apply for a dog license

To get your dog license, you can:

Stop by the Town Hall; or

Call Town Hall at 902-639-2221 and have the form e-mailed to you. You complete the application form and send your payment via e-transfer.

Our neighbours in Elmsdale have informed us that this canine was found by their Animal Control Office near Stewiacke. They are looking for assistance to reunite her with her family.

Project Delay - Water System Maintenance

Residents are advised that scheduled maintenance to the Town water system scheduled for the evening of Monday, August 24 is delayed and will be rescheduled.

Delivery of some equipment & materials required for the project have been delayed resulting in the required rescheduling of the maintenance work.
