✨ Meet Michelle!
As the Administrator at Steinbach Family Resource Centre, Michelle is the person who helps keep the organization running behind the scenes. From managing budgets and payroll to overseeing financial records, grant reporting, event prizes, and administrative operations, her work ensures that SFRC can continue providing valuable programs and services to local families.
Michelle and her husband are proud parents of three adult children, and grandparents to two beautiful grandchildren. Family has always been at the heart of what matters most to her. She enjoys working alongside a team that is passionate about supporting families and building a stronger community.
One of Michelle's favourite parts of her role is seeing how careful planning and community support come together to make a real impact. Whether she's managing grant funding, balancing budgets, processing payroll, or helping ensure resources are available where they're needed most, she knows that every detail contributes to the bigger picture. She loves seeing the generosity of sponsors, donors, and volunteers transform into programs, services, and opportunities that directly benefit local families.
