🌟 Trinity–Conception Battalion #201 Annual Spring Parade 2026 🌟

On Sunday, May 24th, Trinity–Conception Battalion #201 proudly hosted their Annual Spring Parade at St. John the Evangelist.

The parade was led by Parade Commander Captain Dereck Tucker, with Parade Sergeant Major WO2 Sandra Cooper.

Participating in this year’s parade were:
The four companies of Trinity–Conception Battalion #201

▪️ Harbour Grace–Carbonear
▪️ Trinity–East Port Rexton
▪️ Upper Island Cove
• CLB Regimental Band
• Youth Members from Avalon Battalion #41 (Thank you to the members of Foxtrap/Upper Gullies Company travelling on the bus to attend )
• Members of Old Comrades Lodges #1 & #2
• Officers of Brigade Council / Eastern Diocesan Regiment / Avalon Battalion

A heartfelt thank you to the Color Party, Duty Band, Regimental Band, Church Readers, Bishop Sam Rose, Bishop John Watton, and all members and guests who attended and helped make the day such a success.

Congratulations to 2nd Lt. Evely, 2nd. Lt. Lundrigan, Capt. Chris Lockyer on their promotions.

☀️ The turnout was outstanding, the weather was beautiful, and the music, fellowship, and spirit of camaraderie made for a truly memorable day.

Sunday May 24th Bay Roberts Company will be hosting the Battalion Spring Church Parade. Fall in is at 2:15 at St. John the Evangelist Hall in Coley’s Point. The parade will be lead by the CLB Regimental Band and will march to St. John the Evangelist Church for 3:00 PM service. Public is welcome to attend.

Crib and Dart Tournament - Friendly competition and fellowship were on full display at the Old Comrades Lodge No. 1 annual crib and dart tournament, bringing members together for another great evening.

A New Tradition Begins (Bishop’s Badge) - A new tradition takes root as three outstanding Senior Corps members are recognized with the Bishop’s Badge for their leadership, service and Christian character.

Regimental Training Day - From drill to classroom sessions, members from across The C.L.B. gathered for a full day of
learning, leadership development and fellowship at this year’s Regimental Training Day.

Despite a challenging winter, St. Michael’s Company made the most of it with a perfect day of sliding, hot chocolate and laughter at Bowring Park.
