📚 "United Church in Lewisporte: 100 Years 1876-1976" by William Taylor
Written in honour of the centennial of the United (formerly Methodist) Church's service to the community of Lewisporte,this work provides a brief overview of the establishment of the town of Lewisporte and the surrounding areas, including founding families; the origins of Methodism in Newfoundland & Labrador; the first Reverends and members of Trustee Boards to serve in the church; as well as information on and photographs of various church groups over the years.
