Hydro is advising residents in the Grand Falls-Windsor area of road upgrades and drainage improvement work happening on the Goodyear’s Dam North Access Road starting May 25. This work is expected to continue until mid-July 2026. Please use extra caution if you're using the walking trail during this time, specifically near the North Gate, due to heavy equipment and truck traffic in the area.

Update 9:00 - A tree was found on the line and removed. Power has now been restored.

Outage Advisory: Power will remain off overnight for some of our customers in Cartwright. Our teams were able to restore power to some customers, however, additional work is required for full restoration. Due to current weather conditions our teams will be dispatched first thing in the morning to complete repairs.
