CRISIS LINE TEMPORARILY DOWN PearlSpace’s 24 emotional support and crisis line is temporarily down. We have notified our IT team and we hope to have it available again ASAP. PearlSpace hangs red dresses today to remember and honour MMIWG2S.

“The REDress Project focuses around the issue of missing or murdered Indigenous women across Canada. It is an art installation project based on an aesthetic response to this critical national issue. The project has been installed in public spaces throughout Canada and the US as a visual reminder of the staggering number of women who are no longer with us. SQUAMISH ▫️Community Film Screening ▫️April 29, 5:30pm ▫️Squamish Adventure Centre ▫️FREE

Join us for an in-person film screening in recognition of Sexual Assault Awareness Month.

Trafficked Voices shares real stories from survivors of human trafficking in Canada. Breaking idol looks at allegations of abuse of power within the Canadian band Hedley.

Vancouver-based orginzation (who supports young women and girls who have experienced trafficking, violence and exploitation) will join us for a Q&A between the two films.

Doors open at 5:30, screening at 6pm.

The event is FREE - donations welcome. Popcorn will be available and there will be a raffle with the chance to win a giftcard.
