Today on May 27, the City of Spruce Grove welcomed more than 120 attendees to the 2026 Annual Builder & Developer Luncheon at Elks Hall in Spruce Grove! 🎉🏗️

This event celebrates the builders and developers that help shape our growing community. Mayor Jeff Acker shared the City of Spruce Grove’s vision following a record-breaking 2025. Guests also heard from keynote speaker, Mark Parsons from ATB Financial, who delivered an engaging look at Alberta and Canada’s economic outlook.

The City of Spruce Grove is hosting the 5th Annual Tri-Region Mayors’ Golf Classic on Tuesday, June 16 at The Links at Spruce Grove! ⛳

In partnership with the Town of Stony Plain and Parkland County, this event brings together community, networking, and friendly competition.

Proceeds will support a new CT scanner at the WestView Health Centre Foundation, improving access to life-saving imaging.

Spruce Grove City Council has created the draft 2026–2029 Strategic Plan, which focuses on building community, strengthening communication, expanding economic opportunity, and fostering partnerships. 🌱🤝🏡

Share your feedback by May 8 at sprucegrove.org/StratPlanSurvey to help shape the final plan before it goes to Council for approval early this summer.

Spruce Grove City Council has developed a draft 2026-2029 Strategic Plan that outlines the priorities that will guide the City’s work over the next several years. This plan includes four main focuses for our city:

🏘️ Building Community: creating welcoming and connected neighbourhoods where people feel at home

📣 Communications Excellence: building trust through clear, timely, and meaningful information sharing

💼 Economic Opportunity: supporting a strong local economy that grows in step with our quality of life

🤝 Strategic Partnerships: using our voice and relationships to advocate for what Spruce Grove needs

Before the plan is finalized, we want to hear from the people who live, work, and do business here. Visit sprucegrove.org/StratPlanSurvey to review the draft plan and share your feedback through the survey until May 8, 2026.

Your feedback will be included in a What We Heard Report which will validate and refine the plan before it goes to Council for approval early this summer.
