This is our new Tender 11. The workhorse for the Department. We rely on this truck for water delivery to all fire calls. It has a 2000 gallon tank with a pump that gives capability of also running hoses off of it too if needed. On the side is a 2000 gallon bladder tank that we can fill quickly with the large dump chute in the back for the other trucks to draw water from while Tender runs to get more. In May we will have some volunteers taking an Engine Boss course which will give us the option to be able to take this truck around the Province and aid others during the wildfire season as we still have our old Tender as a backup.

Our Engine 11 truck. All year round we are ready with this truck to handle structural fires. It’s geared with different hoses and has foam capabilities which helps us to use less water while being more effective on dampening fire faster. Last year we updated some turnout gear for members. We do regular training on structural fire and did a weekend in house training last spring in various aspects.
