Due to inclement weather, Sunday’s Pow Wow (June 14) is moving indoors to the Smiths Falls Youth Arena, 71-A Cornelia Street West.
Grand Entry will take place at 12 noon.

We’re so excited to welcome incredible drum groups, dancers, and both residents and visitors for a weekend filled with culture, connection, and celebration. 🌿
With warm weather in the forecast, don’t forget to stay sun smart ☀️ bring your water, wear sunscreen and a hat, and take breaks in the shade so you can enjoy all the festivities comfortably. 💧

🚧 Temporary Road Closures: June 13, 2026
The Smiths Falls Law Enforcement Torch Run is taking place on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The run will leave the Smiths Falls Community Centre on Cornelia Street West and travel down Elmsley Street North to Beckwith Street and down Brockville Street to the Settler's Ridge Mall. Streets will be temporarily closed in a rolling format with the Smiths Falls Police Service managing closures as the run progresses through Town.

🎉 Road Closure - Special Event: June 12 - 15, 2026
George Street South (from Strathcona Street to Park Avenue), Park Avenue (from George Street South to James Street) and James Street (from Park Avenue to Strathcona Street) will be reduced to one lane with one way traffic beginning Friday, June 12 at 8:00 AM. This traffic configuration is being implemented in preparation for the Spirit of the Drum Pow Wow and will remain in place for the duration of the event, ending on Monday, June 15 at 8:00 AM. Directional signage will be in place. Confederation Drive from Strathcona Street to Old Mill Road will also be closed for the duration of the event. Motorists should expect delays in the area and follow all posted signage and traffic control measures.
