-Grade 7/8 health discussion with Mrs. Marshall (SEPH Nurse)
-RNJ Visit with Gr. 7/8 (Mrs. Rivoire and Mrs. Smith)

Tuesday, June 16th:
-Grade 7/8 track and field meet at CPHS
-Boomerang learning opportunity (Gr. 4-8)
-Grade 4-6 golf tournament at Beckwith Golf Course (9:30-5:30pm)

Wednesday, June 17th:
-Junior 3-Pitch Tournament at Lower Reach
-Grade 8 leaving ceremony (5:30-7:45pm)

Thursday, June 18th:
-International Picnic Day
-BBBS Care Program begins with Mrs. Knox’s Grade 7/8 class (weekly)

From rugby for grades 4-8, a hot dog lunch for intermediates, a field trip to Heritage House for grade 2/3, freezie Friday and bowling for Mrs. Millar's grade 1/2 class, today was an awesome day!

Looking forward to another busy week next week!

Extended thanks is shared with our amazing community partners, school team and families for supporting amazing moments - time with RE/MAX Affiliates Marquis Smiths Falls, Smiths Falls Police Service, Smiths Falls Fire Department and Lanark County Paramedic Service, Stealing the Bloom Farm Co., as well as a number of fun games and activities.

Planning for Grade 7/8 Track and Field at Carleton Place High School (June 2026)

As a result of the the inclement weather forecast tomorrow (Friday, June 12/26), the 7/8 track and field meet has been rescheduled to Tuesday, June 16/26.

A new consent form will be coming home with students today which reflects the new date. Thank you to families for signing and returning these forms before Tuesday.

As we plan for lunch tomorrow, all students will enjoy a slice of cheese pizza in addition to any snack/lunch items they have - so great! 🙂

Falcons AMAZING! (June 10/26) :)

What a memorable experience where two schools (Chesterville PS and Duncan J. Schoular PS) have been brought together to celebrate culture and friendship!

Both students, Ms. Lockett and her grade 4/5 class as well as ELL Instructor Mrs. Cowan, Families and ESL Learning Partner Mrs. Carlyon invested time today to celebrate the creation of a cookbook by sharing recipes and preparing a few food dishes - SO GREAT!

Thank you to everyone who helped to make this vision a reality! Go Falcons! :)
