As part of the public review of the Environmental Goals and Sustainable Prosperity Act (EGSPA), the Minister’s Round Table on Environment and Sustainable Prosperity will be hosting consultation workshops to solicit feedback from the public, which you may be interested in attending.

Workshop dates:

January 30 Truro Fire Hall, 165 Victoria Street, Truro
February 1 Wolfville and District Lions Club, 36 Elm Avenue, Wolfville
February 6 Mariners Centre, Sobey’s Lounge, 31 Cottage Street, Yarmouth
February 8 Nova Scotia Community College Waterfront Campus, Center for Built Environment, Classroom 3736, 80 Mawiomi Place, Dartmouth
February 15 Grand Lake Road Fire Hall, Classroom 15, 866 Grand Lake Road, Sydney

The Environmental Goals and Sustainable Prosperity Act (EGSPA), which was established in 2007, is currently undergoing its five-year review by the Minister's Round Table on Environment and Sustainable Prosperity. Feedback on EGSPA is being requested from various stakeholders and the general public.

Submissions will be accepted until December 16, 2011.
