Our strong and smooth Honey Heist Buckwheat Ale (7.0% ABV) with it’s earthy sweetness is back for the holidays. Accompanying it in limited quantity is our Jean Cadieux’s Lament which is a Spiced Black Buckwheat Session Ale (3.5% ABV) great when paired with quality cheeses and breads, and of course great conversation.
The Buckwheat Honey procured for these two unique beers is from our local Pontiac friends at Freshwater Miel-Honey.
Both are available at our retail store along with our 12 mixed gift pack box of beers.
