As of January 1st, 2026 the law changed, now carbon monoxide alarms must be installed on every level of the home and outside sleeping areas, for any homes that have fuel burning appliances or an attached garage.

The Town has a three-hour parking limit on all roads, with an exemption period from 7 to 11 p.m. There is no parking allowed on any Town roads from 2 to 6 a.m. Vehicles must not overhang onto the sidewalk, roadways, or boulevard/grass.
