Last Minute Rentals:
Rentals arranged within 60 days prior to taking occupancy will require payment in full on completion of the rental agreement. Should there not be time for normal mail delivery and cheque processing only cash will be accepted. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refunds may be made up until May 01, less a $50.00 administration fee. After May 01, for the current year's vacation season, the deposit will be forfeited or you could trade for another available vacation period equivalent in the same calendar year. If no vacation periods are available and we can rent the cottage out in your forfeited time period your money will be returned minus the administration fee. PS: Autumn bookings rates are discounted up to 30%.
