The fire is now mostly extinguished; however, some smoldering remains within the closed-off Seawatch area of west Porpoise Bay/Shores area. Sechelt Volunteer Fire Department is monitoring the situation closely.

Please STAY away from the area. Do not walk or drive down to get a better look.
