Chairing Stories Created in response to requests from former students, this page celebrates books, their creators, and libraries along with other relevant topics and issues.

Includes postings of interest to readers of all genres and formats. Postings labeled 518 should be of special interest to students (past, present, and future) of my online comic book course: Comic Books and Graphic Novels in Schools and Public Libraries. Postings labeled LIS 516 should be interested to students and others interested in Canadian Children's Literature. Postings with both designation

s indicate that the material is both comic book related and has some Canadian content. ATEP is assigned to(mainly) items of relevance to Indigenous Canadians and past, present and future students in my Canadian children's Literature courses for the Aboriginal Teachers Education Program for the University of Alberta. LIS 510 postings will be of interested to those taking storytelling course, telling stories themselves or are fascinated by folklore from around the globe.
