Dress for Success Saskatoon is expanding, and we are seeking strategic, community-minded leaders to join our team.

We are currently accepting applications for dedicated volunteers to serve on our Committees. If you possess a passion for leadership, governance, or financial stewardship, and want to help women thrive in both work and life, we invite you to contribute your expertise to our mission.

Governance Committee: You will help shape the strategic direction of our organization through policy development, board effectiveness, and essential oversight.

Finance Committee: You will support our long-term financial sustainability, budgeting processes, and responsible stewardship to ensure our community programs remain strong and impactful.

This Labour Day, we are celebrating the incredible contributions, dedication, and resilience of women across our community.

From the corporate workplace to community organizing, and the vital care work done at home—women are the backbone of social and economic progress. Today, we are not just honouring how far we have come; we recommit to building equity, fair wages, and safe spaces where every woman’s labour is deeply valued.

We hope the women in our community take some well-deserved time to rest, recharge, and reflect on their immense worth today.

Are you ready to gain the skills, confidence, and support to achieve your personal and professional goals?

Join EmpowerHer! an interactive 8-week program for women designed to help you develop practical tools for success in all areas of life — all in a supportive, barrier-free environment.

This program will take place on Tuesdays, starting September 8 to October 27, from 5:00pm to 6:30pm at the Saskatoon Community Service Village.

This program will focus on financial literacy and independence, workplace rights and confidence, communication and leadership, technology and digital skills, and job readiness and career planning.

We know that barriers can make it difficult to focus on yourself and your goals. That's why transportation and childcare stipends may be available to eligible participants, helping you fully engage in the program.

We are looking for a volunteer to take on the role of Social Media and Website Coordinator! This volunteer will keep Dress for Success Saskatoon’s online presence current, engaging, and aligned with our mission. This volunteer ensures our social media platforms and website reflect our programs, events, and community impact.

If you have experience with social media, a creative eye for visuals and storytelling, and are passionate about supporting women’s economic empowerment, we would love for you to join our volunteer team in this position!

Dress for Success Saskatoon would like to offer styling appointments to women who have been recently displaced by fires in their communities and are in need of professional or everyday clothing and some pampering.
