A Saskatoon parent recently shared this photo from the Trucktastic Children’s Expo at Prairieland Park last weekend, where our officers met our friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man.

Spidey is normally busy looking after New York City, but this young superhero made time to stop by to say hello and grab a photo with the Saskatoon Police Service.

We were told that he loves the Saskatoon Police, and we’re definitely a fan of his too!

Transit safety is a shared responsibility.

The SPS supports Saskatoon’s new Transit Bylaw and will continue working with Saskatoon Transit, Fire Community Support, and other community partners to respond to concerns and improve safety across the transit system.

Work toward a dedicated Transit Policing Program is continuing. As the program is phased in, residents may see transit-focused police activity while we shape a model that best suits Saskatoon.

🚍 The Saskatoon Transit Bylaw is now in effect. The bylaw supports a safer, cleaner and more welcoming transit system by setting clear expectations for riders.
Get on board with The Transit Code to follow expected behaviour: ✅ Respect others ✅ Pay your fare ✅ Keep transit clean ✅ Help create a positive experience for everyone
