June 27 is PTSD Awareness Day.

Today, we recognize the courage and resilience of Saskatchewan's first responders, who dedicate themselves every day to protecting and caring for our communities. We also acknowledge that the impact of this work can extend far beyond the end of a shift.

If you or someone you know is struggling, please remember that support is available. We encourage all Saskatchewan paramedics to familiarize themselves with the mental health resources available to them.

For more information about accessing these resources, please contact the PSCS office or speak with your service manager or chief.

You are not alone, and reaching out for support is a sign of strength.
