🌍 Host Families Urgently Needed in Salmon Arm and Enderby
As we get ready to welcome our September 2026 International Students, SD6 is facing a big challenge - they have students coming to SD83 who still need a homestay family in Salmon Arm and Enderby.
These students are arriving soon, full of excitement and anticipation.
💡 Have you ever thought about hosting? Now is the perfect time to explore it.
SD6 is offering flexible options, including short-term placements (2–3 months) for families who may not be able to commit long-term.
✅ Monthly reimbursement of $1,100 per student (more for special diets)
✅ Full support from our local Homestay Coordinator and Homestay Manager
✅ An incredibly rewarding experience making a real difference in a young person’s life
✨ Just curious? That’s okay! ✨
Reaching out does not mean you are committing to anything. They are happy to simply have a conversation, answer your questions, and explore what might work for you—no pressure, no obligation.
If there is even a small chance you might be able to help, please reach out. Every home makes a difference.
Thank you for considering to support our students and the amazing International Student Program!
