Join us on Wednesday, December 2 from 1 to 6 p.m. in the Atrium (South Building) for an afternoon of holiday shopping featuring a variety of arts, crafts, baked goods, specialty foods, and unique gifts. With extended shopping hours, there will be even more time to find something special.

Extremely proud of Dr. Guaiana and our mental health team for the strides they are making in reducing wait times and supporting our community.

As a su***de survivor, mental health is near and dear to my heart. While healthcare delivery is provincial, there are numerous areas of overlap with federal policy.

I had an illuminating meeting with Dr. Giuseppe Guaiana, the chief of psychiatry for St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital, about the local success in reducing psychiatric wait times.

It was a record-breaking month at STEGH! We're thrilled to share that 94 babies were born at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital in July, making it our busiest July on record!

Each birth represents a special moment for a growing family, and we’re honoured to be part of these journeys. Thank you to our fantastic Obstetrics team, physicians, midwives, nurses, and support staff who provide care and support to growing families every day.

What a fantastic day at the STEGH Volleyball Tournament at Boler Mountain last Friday! With 12 teams and more than 100 participants, the courts were full of energy and friendly competition. Thank you to everyone who played, cheered from the sidelines, and volunteered to make the event such a success.

What a ride! The fourth annual Bottoni Ride took place yesterday at Pinafore Park, bringing our community together to raise awareness of male breast cancer and support local healthcare through the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital Foundation
