🎓 Congratulations to Emma and Alyssa on their graduation! 🎉
Over the past few years, Emma and Alyssa have been valued members of the Brock Library team as Student Library Assistants. From helping library users navigate our spaces and services to supporting day-to-day operations, they have made a lasting impact on campus.
We are grateful for all of their hard work, dedication, and friendly faces at the Library. As they crossed the stage and began the next chapter of their journeys, we know they will continue to accomplish great things.

"Working as an SLA at the Brock Library was one of the most rewarding parts of my undergraduate experience. I gained solid friendships through my fellow SLA’s and other coworkers while also strengthening my communication and leadership skills. I look forward to continue to work as an SLA throughout my Masters of Applied Health Sciences here at Brock!"

"My time as an SLA student helped me learn more about communicating with people and adapting to situations. I learned about resources I didn't know the library had and was able to share that knowledge with students, professors, alumni, and community borrowers alike. Some people who came to the desk just needed someone to talk to, and the motto 'Do what it takes to make it right' is one I will carry with me throughout not only my career as a future teacher, but throughout my life."
