📢 The City's "Full Colour: A Celebration of 2SLGBTQIA+ Art and Expression" exhibition has opened!
🙌 Leigh MacLeod, founder / director of Willow Arts Community, is the "Full Colour" curator.
🎨🏳️🌈 "Full Colour" is available for viewing during regular business hours at City Hall, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., except for statutory holidays.
📅 "Full Colour" is on display at City Hall in the Third-Floor Gallery space now as part of our Pride Month celebrations through Aug. 14, 2026.
🎨 "Full Colour" group exhibition of 20 artworks by 15 artists celebrates the depth, diversity and vibrancy of q***r and trans artistic practices.
🏳️🌈 We are proud to offer 2SLGBTQIA+ Artists from St. Catharines and across the Niagara Region the opportunity, and the prominent art installation space at City Hall, to honour their lived experience, and to affirm that q***r and trans stories and artistic practices deserve to be seen, heard, and celebrated in our civic spaces.

Speaking at the reception were: Shannon McHugh, City Manager of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Mayor Mat Siscoe, St. Patrick's Coun. Robin McPherson, Curator Leigh MacLeod, and Poet Victoria Ashleigh Rose reading an original poem. Rose's poem, To Love with Pride alongside the Two Spirit Intersex Inclusive Pride Flag displayed on the front steps of City Hall during our 2025 "Pride in Every Step, Love in Every Action," special exhibit.
