We would like to express a HUGE thank you to the local band, Deal’s Creek for the two fundraising concerts that they recently held for Good Neighbours Food Centre.
The concerts were incredibly successful – so much so that tickets sold out almost instantly. With each ticket that was sold, the recipients also donated towards Good Neighbours Food Centre.
Many people gave very generously – we are so thankful. And we are thrilled to announce that an anonymous donor has offered to MATCH all of those donations and more – up to $20,000! Even if you weren’t able to attend the concert, you can be part of this wonderful opportunity. Until April 30, 2026 all donations can be added to this tally. Please consider donating to Good Neighbours Food Centre this month, and watch your donation double. You can mail or drop off a cheque / cash, give through e-transfer, or through Canada Helps. Please write “DC Fundraiser” in the memo line. Together, we can help our community have access to nutritious food and the support they need to thrive.
