✨🎉Connect, Advocate, Promote, that is how we serve membership. At last night's AGM we did it all! The membership collaboration and connections were exciting to see.
Our sincere thanks go out to Pine Hills Golf Club for the beautiful venue, excellent service and delicious food🥪.
Our new President, Stephen Kennedy of Edwards Garage, led the meeting with how we have served membership over the past year. Information was shared on member benefits, projects and events.
Membership Committee Chair,(our new Secretary🎉) Karlyn Mcewan of Boston Pizza, invited members and potential members to connect with herself and the Chamber to discuss ideas.
Over the next couple of weeks we will be introducing our board, sharing projects and events. For today we would like to thank membership, it is our privilege to serve you. Have a safe and wonderful weekend.

Membership Committee Chair Karlynn Mcewan, representing and Executive Director, Michelle Meatheringham hit the pavement today inviting businesses to our AGM, BYLAWS & BREWS, happening next week.
It was wonderful to learn about Tiarra and Jason's business and we look forward to seeing them at Pine Hills Golf Club next week. We would love to see your business there as well!

💁‍♀️🌟 This afternoon was a prime example of collaboration amongst organizations, advocacy in action!
When Tricia from Red Deer Polytechnic proposed a meeting with Chambers to discuss their Career Education & Experience Development program we immediately said yes.
Together with Sylvan Lake Chamber of Commerce, Lacombe and District Chamber of Commerce and Innisfail & District Chamber of Commerce we met to disuss the opportunities for our members.
When we speak with members about benefits we talk about being a CAP Chamber.
CONNECTION, ADVOCACY, PROMOTION. Connection and Promotion are simpler to qualify, Advocacy is a bit tougher.
Today was Advocacy, learning of ways to serve our members, connecting students with employers.
Thanks to Sarah, Shelby, Tricia, Kelly and Wendy for the incredible collab that strengthens our service to membership!
Hats off to The Anchor Kitchen & Bar for the delish meal and stellar customer service.
