The Richmond Firefighters Charitable Society is proud to support the Richmond School District and Richmond Food Bank with their Feeding Futures School Food Program

Our off-duty firefighters will help deliver fruits, snacks, nutritious bars and support the Feeding Futures School Food Program Fund to over 50 schools across Richmond.

Thank you to the Richmond School District and Richmond Food Bank for fulfilling this program and letting us be a part of it !

The Parade Organizing committee are pleased to report a very successful return of the Steveston Santa Claus Parade! The parade route was lined with eager boys and girls to see the jolly big man himself SANTA!

The Richmond Fire Fighters Charitable Society and Steveston Sound & Stage were proud to sponsor the event and keep the tradition of Santa making an appearance on Christmas Eve going.

We encouraged the public to donate non-perishable food items and cash for the Richmond Food Bank and were amazed in the generosity of the community.


The 2023 Steveston Santa Claus Parade raise $1286.00 in cash and 308kg in non-perishable food donations. THANK YOU!

Another great evening at ! The Richmond Firefighters always thoroughly enjoy volunteering at Bright Nights to raise money for . Thank you to everyone who came out and donated. If you haven’t had a chance to check out the amazing light display, you have until January 6th. We hope to see you!

The Richmond Firefighters were happy to meet with the great people (and fur people) from BC Guide Dog Services. We were able to present them with a cheque for $2000. Thank you for everything you do!
