Skills Builder Adventure Camp (Ages 7–12)

LDAYS is bringing our popular Social Skills Groups to the City of Vaughan, Town of Aurora, and Town of Newmarket!
In partnership with these local municipalities, children can build confidence, friendship skills, communication, and emotional awareness in a fun, supportive small-group setting.
Programs are based on the PEERS® curriculum and led by trained professionals.

Individuals with ADHD and Learning Disabilities often face challenges that extend beyond academics, including difficulties with emotional regulation, self-esteem, executive functioning, and interpersonal relationships.

Our specialized counselling program provides evidence-based, individualized support designed to address these unique needs.

Through a collaborative and strengths-based approach, our clinicians work with children, adolescents, and adults to develop practical strategies that promote resilience, confidence, and overall well-being.

Counselling may support individuals in:
• Managing ADHD-related challenges and executive functioning skills
• Building self-esteem and self-advocacy
• Strengthening emotional regulation and coping strategies
• Navigating school, work, and daily life demands
• Developing healthy interpersonal and communication skills
