Cannabis Record Suspension - August 1, 2019

The Parole Board of Canada announced that Cannabis Record Suspensions are available to individuals that qualify.

The Parole Board also announced that they are waiving their filing fee of $631 for the Cannabis Record Suspension. However, the other fees, such as fingerprinting, court documents, military documents, and local record checks are not waived and are still applicable.

Although, the Cannabis Record Suspension is a different application then the regular Record Suspension, it is still an in-depth process and not everyone is eligible.
