🏠 Housing First. Harm Reduction. Indigenous-Led Solutions.

We’re excited to share that Nēwo-Yōtina Friendship Centre will be presenting at the 2026 CAEH Conference!

Join us for HF4 – Housing First and Harm Reduction, where we’ll share our experience delivering low-barrier supportive housing with intensive case management, bringing together Western clinical approaches, traditional healing, peer outreach, and in-home health supports.

At Nēwo-Yōtina, we know that housing is more than four walls. For people experiencing complex barriers, successful housing means meeting people where they are, reducing harm, building relationships, and creating pathways toward stability, wellness, culture, and community.

We’re proud to bring what we’ve learned from our work in Regina to the national conversation alongside Dunn House Permanent Supportive Housing and CAMH.

📅 November 4, 2026 Winnipeg
⏰ 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. CT
📍 CAEH Conference (https://conference.caeh.ca/event/90f36943-1023-47cf-9b37-738bb3e5e7a9/home?environment=P2) – HF4: Housing First and Harm Reduction

If you’re attending CAEH this year, come check us out! We’d love to see you in the room, share what we’ve learned, and connect with others working to rethink how we support people experiencing homelessness, substance use, and complex health needs.

From Treaty 4 to the national stage — we’re proud to share how Indigenous-led, low-barrier approaches are creating change in our community. 🧡
