Meet our new Therapist, Dane, Canadian Certified Counsellor (Qualifying) 👋

Dane Froilan holds a Master of Counselling Psychology and brings experience in community mental health, having worked as a support worker and completed extensive clinical training in a community mental health setting.

Dane is passionate about supporting individuals in achieving meaningful, positive outcomes and believes that accessible, compassionate mental health care should be available to those who need it most. His areas of focus include men’s mental health, anxiety, depression, workplace stress, and burnout.

As a Filipino Canadian, Dane also provides counselling services in Tagalog to help make mental health support more accessible to the Filipino community.

Outside of counselling, Dane is a performing musician and drummer. His background in music reflects his appreciation for creativity, self-expression, and the many ways people find connection and meaning in their lives.

Dane is taking new clients and intake form is available on our website!
