Upon further assessment and examination by a veterinarian, the New Brunswick SPCA Animal Protection Agency has assumed care and responsibility for the small black Poodle found last night on the Vincent Road. The NBSPCA “provides province wide leadership in the humane treatment of animals, enforcement of relevant legislation, public education and advocacy and to ensure shelter for neglected or abused animals”. With the sensitivity of the investigation through the NBSPCA Protection Agency, we have removed the original post. Thank you all for your care and concern.
