FALL BEGINNER POTTERY & GLAZING COMBO CLASS | Ages 15yrs+
Ready to get your hands dirty? This beginner-friendly, five-part pottery class guides you through the fundamentals of working with clay over a six-week session. You’ll learn how to center clay and throw on the potter’s wheel, creating classic forms like bowls and cylinders. Along the way, you’ll also explore basic hand-building techniques to expand your skills.
Starting with raw clay, you’ll experience the full pottery journey—from shaping and trimming your pieces to adding handles and finishing touches. The class wraps up with an introduction to glazing, where you’ll learn how to choose the right glaze for your clay and bring your pieces to life using pouring, dipping, and brushing techniques.
