Quebec Community Health and Social Services Foundation The QC Community Health and Social Services Foundation is dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of the English-speaking communities in Quebec.

PURPOSE #1:
• To improve the effectiveness of other registered charities by providing expertise on planning, structuring, and improving charitable programs to better address the needs of beneficiaries, and
• To improve the capacity of other registered charities by providing consulting and training on operational and management issues. ACTIVITIES:
Reacquainting charities serving ESC of QC
• to d

iverse funding sources in the private sector
• to ways of building philanthropy in local communities
• to growing and sustaining their funds

PURPOSE #2:
To advance education by providing structured life skills training to increase or better realize the capacities or abilities of vulnerable English-speaking communities of Quebec. ACTIVITIES:
Provide training and other resources in prevention and health promotion, such as
• Splice to Suffice: From intergenerational film projects to youth-driven senior services
• Palliative and/or Hospice Care Training for Volunteers
