We have a whole fresh space with activities planned all month long.
Giving Voice is back on McKay, we are starting to gether on Wednesdays from noon - 3, come have lunch and we will plan things based on participant feedback. The Giving Voice program is a cultural empowerment program for women and gender diverse people. For September we have plans to harvest the garden and work on vests. Chelsea is also running Art Night, make art for fun or make it to display at future open mic / art show nights or even plan ahead for upcoming markets. She also was successful this summer in getting a grant to build a stage at the new space for when we host open mics, come on down and help her design and build it, it's going to be awesome!

Go By Bike Week will be taking place September 19-25, you can register your rides online at https://gobybikebc.ca/ for a chance to win local and provincial prizes, by capturing your rides online, it also creates a data set to help advocate for activive transportation infrastructure.
We are hosting the local Toastmasters in partnership with Coast Mountain College. Toastmasters is a professional development public speaking workshop, every Tuesday evening, folks will be gathering in the Boardroom at the college to practice their public speaking skills. https://www.toastmasters.org/
Rylea and Casey are planning to host a vision board workshop and, if you haven't made one before, it is a great way to get clear about your goals and set intentions for the year to come.
