Don’t let Mochi’s serious expressions fool you, behind that adorable resting grumpy face is a cat who enjoys attention, pets, and spending time with staff.

Mochi is a laid-back girl who enjoys the finer things in life: long naps, cozy spots to lounge, and the occasional play session with her favourite toys. She’s affectionate and enjoys being spoiled with attention, but she’s also confident enough to let you know when she’s had enough attention and is ready for some personal space.

Like many of us, Mochi is currently working on her health goals and shedding a few extra pounds. She’s making progress and would benefit from a family that can help her continue her healthy lifestyle journey while still enjoying plenty of love and treats in moderation.

Mochi would likely do best as the only cat in the home, where she can be the queen of the castle. This sweet, sassy girl has been waiting patiently for her forever home, and we would love to see her find a family that appreciates her personality as much as we do. If you’re looking for a cat with character, companionship, and just the right amount of sass, Mochi may be your ‘puuurfect ‘match.

Moira is a sweet, quiet girl looking for a special home to call her own. She loves soaking up affection and enjoys spending time with people who are willing to give her the attention and love she craves. Moira was recently returned to the shelter due to behavioural concerns. We are seeking a home where Moira can be the only pet and a home with no young children to help curb these concerns.
