On 754 Phoenix Squadron’s Awards Night, Warrant Officer Second Class Maxine Mikkelson celebrated her last night as a cadet.

Throughout her cadet career Warrant Officer Second Class Maxine Mikkelson has attended numerous Cadet Training Centers such as Vernon CTC and Whitehorse CTC, gaining knowledge and experience to lead and be a role model within the squadron. Her dedication truly reflects the words, "Dream so big that small-minded people get uncomfortable.”

Returning/Transfer Cadets Registration on September 9, 2026!
Brand New Cadets Registration on September 16, 2026!
Our first training night will be held on September 23, 2026!

An email has been sent to all cadets and on Cadet365.
Please check it, as there will be a booking link in it to register for the session you’d like to attend.��❗️Bring a parent or guardian to registration, they need to present when signing forms❗️

1. Government Issued Photo Identification
2. Proof of Health Coverage (Care Card)�For new siblings, make sure to fill out the SSC Registration form ��❗️This year we are discontinuing weekly parent emails to build independence;
Cadets are responsible for checking Cadet 365 for weekly newspapers, ask your fellow peers and your Senior NCOs for information now❗️

One chapter closes, and another begins. ✈️

On June 10, 754 held its Change of Command Ceremony, where WO1 Emilie Shin officially passed the position of Squadron Chief Warrant Officer to WO2 Jordan Wong.

Thank you, WO1 Emilie Shin, for your outstanding leadership, dedication, and commitment to the squadron. Your impact on 754 and its cadets will be remembered for years to come.
