Small garbage cart delivery update. ~Please remember your kindness and patience go a long way as our new waste collection program gets started!~
Hey, Norfolk 👋 We've heard you have some questions about small grey carts, so here's a quick update...
The first shipment of small grey garbage carts has been delayed. If you requested a small grey cart, you may receive your green organics cart first, with your grey cart arriving separately within the next one to two weeks.
If your small grey cart didn't arrive with your green organics cart, don't worry, it's still coming, and there's no need to submit a missed delivery request.
If you received a standard grey garbage cart instead of the small cart you requested, please accept the cart from the delivery team and do not leave the cart at the road. Please submit an incorrect cart delivery request through this form (https://bit.ly/4gSazmo) and we'll be in touch about an exchange.
