Four-part gathering created for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and their allies to connect, unwind, cold plunge, yoga and sauna together!

Expect cedar heat, refreshing cold plunges, meaningful conversations, and two special evenings featuring a gentle yoga class before we sauna under the summer sky.

We shift into later hours to honor the sun and play in the lake and people keep showing up, despite the weather.

Hot and Cold therapy ALWAYS makes you feel better...

To the ones craving a little more laughter, community, movement, conversation and belonging.

This month we're gathering around cedar heat, cold lake water, moon ceremonies, Women's Circles, Men's Support Nights, Pride & Peers, Social Saunas and all the little moments in between that remind us we're not meant to do life alone🖤

Bring a friend. Bring your paddleboard. Come for an hour or stay for the sunset.
