Happy Monday, June 15, 2026. INEO supports awareness of Orange Shirt Day that represents a day of remembrance, reflection, and education regarding the Canadian Indian residential school system. Observed annually on September 30, INEO acknowledges the day all year and wears orange shirts on the 3rd Monday of every month. It honors the thousands of Indigenous children who were forced from their families and communities into residential schools, acknowledging the survivors, those who never returned, and the multi-generational trauma that continues to affect First Nations, Métis, and Inuit Peoples.
We especially want to recognize our communities, Tseshaht First Nation, Hupačasath First Nation, and the greater community of the Nuu-chah-nulth People.

We're looking for a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Peer Support Worker in our Community-Based Employment Services Program.

Position Details:
✅ 15 hours per week
✅ Community-based role
✅ Wage: $22–$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
✅ Valid driver's license required
✅ Preference will be given to applicants with lived experience

The ideal candidate is approachable, supportive, and committed to empowering individuals as they work toward employment and personal goals.
